The Peony on this basswood slice has been wood burned by hand with lots of tiny details and shading. I have sealed this ornament with two coats of polyurethane to help protect it from the elements. It is best to avoid direct sunlight as this will cause the burn to fade. There is a jute cord attached for easy hanging.
