I have hand burned one of my favorite quotes, “never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience” in a vintage typewriter font onto this birch plywood bookmark then stained the wood a similar color to a gunstock. Two coats of polyurethane have been applied to help protect against the elements. The tassel on top is made of a dark brown leather that is tied into a simple knot.
